Professional Clinical Supervision
Professional Clinical Supervision is where I bring nearly four decades of clinical practice and over 25 years of supervisory experience to support your growth as a social worker. I provide supervision for those working toward advanced clinical licensure (LCSW-C) in Maryland, with a particular emphasis on trauma, chronic illness, disability, and complex family systems.
In our meetings, we move beyond paperwork to real clinical thinking: case formulation, use of self, boundaries, risk assessment, and navigating interdisciplinary teams. I am also a board-approved probation supervisor with the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners, and I understand the anxiety that can come with sanctions or corrective action.
